The land plot is located within The Ellinikon development area and on the coastal front of Agios Kosmas marina. The plot will be developed into a Private Club designed by Kengo Kuma. The Club will be facing the marina promenade and the Riviera Galleria, another luxury retail development designed by Kengo Kuma, and will provide its members with F&B offerings, leisure and recreation areas including pools, tennis courts, padel courts and a fitness area.
