The Investment Committee is responsible for formulating proposals to the Board of Directors regarding, indicatively, the following matters:

  • Determining and reviewing the investment objectives and strategy.
  • Proposing the annual capital allocation on new investments.
  • Executing new investments, including capital improvements.
  • Supervising the due diligence taking place prior to purchases.
  • Agreeing new leases and renegotiating existing ones.
  • Liquidating investments.

The Committee is composed of five members, with extensive experience in real estate and investments, including Board Members and Shareholders’ representatives. The Chief Executive Officer and the Investment & Portfolio Director are not Members of the Investment Committee but make recommendations to it.
